Description

  • Develop and implement robust financial models and forecasting tools to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Provide comprehensive financial analysis and reporting, presenting insights to senior management on key trends and performance indicators.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency's across the organization.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic re-forecasting, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate financial performance against targets, proactively identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.
  • Prepare and deliver clear and concise financial presentations for executive and board-level audiences.

Profile

  • ACA qualification is a mandatory requirement.
  • 5 years of demonstrated experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within the construction and/or manufacturing sector.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., [Oracle, SAAS).
  • Strong grasp of accounting principles, financial modeling, and forecasting techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information for non-finance stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
