Regional Business Manager, Asia Pacific

Reporting directly to Regional COO, this is a strategic advisory role to support the senior management team with the following:

• Responsible for the budgeting, forecasting and business planning; helping the business understand the commercial profitability of their decisions
• Partner the business to capitalize and optimize resources for financial and operational efficiency
• Assist with high potential development programs, performance appraisals and training and development needs
• Identify further revenue opportunities, business development initiatives and work with the business to successfully close profitable deals
• Work strategically on any ad hoc projects, new market entries, restructuring initiatives and the implementation of best practices
• Be hands-on operationally to ensure the business runs seamlessly across all functional areas

Suitable candidates will possess:

• A finance, business or legal qualification and 12-15 years of work experience in a business services related environment with a leading company
• Demonstrate a progressive and stable career with successful achievements throughout your tenure
• Strong interpersonal skills and EQ to work effectively with the management team and different stakeholders
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to articulate and deliver difficult messages with clarity and diplomacy
• Ability to make sensible, rational and pragmatic decision in a mature and independent manner
• A proactive mindset and ‘can-do' attitude
