About the job
You will lead and manage a team of credit control professionals, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to maximize team performance. You will oversee all credit control activities, including accounts receivables and bank reconciliation. You will review the business credit control performance report and provide insights to the senior management team and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Skills and experience required
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with at least 6 years of credit control experience in the re/insurance industry, and has experience leading a team. In order to succeed in this role, you should be hands-on, and possess strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadline.
