Accounting Associate - Remote

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote Accountant to join our Remote Team. Job Type: Remote

Responsibilities:

• Manage client bookkeeping, including data entry, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in all financial transactions.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Provide support to clients with QuickBooks-related questions and issues.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments to vendors and customers.
• Create financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to improve the company's financial health.
• Assist with payroll processing.
• Maintain confidentiality of all financial information.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with QuickBooks Online, Xero, and QuickBooks Desktop.
• ACCA Qualified/Part Qualified
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well with clients and independently.

Timings: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM
