BASF Asia-Pacific Service Centre was established in 2005. Located in Kuala Lumpur, the regional service hub has approximately 1,100 employees and growing. The internship program is available all year long and here’s what you can expect

About The Role
To manage following collection tasks:
- Manage daily worklist in the GetPaid system
- Input customer commentaries/notes (including payment plan) in the GetPaid system
- Prepare necessary reporting and monitoring of CS KPIs/Targets for business partnering and month-end closure
- Ad-hoc support on ongoing CS projects such as GetPaid and GB transition
- Perform other collection tasks if needed
About You
- Students of bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or any related disciplines
- Proficient in oral and written English
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- A good team player with a high level of maturity and independence
