The established brand have a newly created opportunity available for a Financial Data Analyst to join their expanded finance team. Description

Directly reporting into the Financial Controller who oversees the Commercial Finance, as Financial Data Analyst you will successfully responsible for the essential daily. monthly and annual finance data & information.

This includes supporting the overall finance function with key findings & statistics from the board packs and presenting them to the senior leadership teams, as part of the stakeholder management/business partnering.

Examples will consist of KPI reporting, forecasting, budgeting and creating dashboards where you see fit, alongside ensuring the data is as efficient as it can be for company/business improvement.

Profile

• Ideally currently or previously in a commercial finance position, but very open to anyone with a finance background and comfortable with financial data.
• Either qualified by experience, ACCA/CIMA part qualified, AAT Level 1-4 or hold a finance degree.
• Previous work related examples of working/supporting with financial data including KPI reporting or margin based analytics.
• Knowledge of working with excel and its formulas such as either vlookups, pivot tables and sumifs.
• Created, implemented or maintained dashboards would be advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Eye for detail.
