Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support business decisions, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to management.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with various departments to develop, monitor, and refine budgets and forecasts to ensure financial targets are met.
• Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to key business stakeholders, providing financial guidance and recommendations to drive profitability and growth.
• Performance Metrics: Develop and track KPIs and financial metrics to measure business performance and assess opportunities for improvement.
• Cost Management: Analyse cost structures and work with operational teams to optimise expenses while maintaining quality standards.
• Business Planning: Assist in the development of strategic business plans and initiatives, providing financial modeling and scenario analysis.

Profile

Requirements for successful candidate:

• Hold a professional Qualification in ACCA, CIMA or ACA.
• Strong management accounting and analytical skills are essential
• Be commercially astute, with the ability to drive financial performance with key stakeholders
• A proactive approach and a collaborative attitude
• Ability to build business relationships and interact with internal customers, with the ability to solve problems
• Have a track record of supporting the delivery of profit improvement plans
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Advanced Excel skills and good IT skills
• Fluent in English, oral & written
