Description

1.建立和完善公司内控体系建设，包括数字化管理体系下的内控流程搭建。
2.参与公司各部门管理制度、流程的新建、修改和审核工作。
3.针对公司重点风险管控领域及业务流程，开展风险评估工作，识别主要风险。
4.对公司管理制度、业务流程的执行情况进行监督和检查，提出切实可行的管理建议。
5.开展专项内控审计项目，制定实施方案，撰写审计报告。
6.跟进内控审计发现的整改情况，进行跟进结果的分析和报告；
7.完成上级安排的其它工作。

Profile

1.本科及以上学历。
2.5年以上内控管理岗位工作经验，连锁、教育行业内控经验优先，有0到1搭建内控体系的项目经验优先。
3. 熟悉国家法律法规，具备较强的风险控制意识及财务分析能力。
4. 具备识别风险、定位风险的能力，熟悉流程管理工作。
5. 具备优秀的沟通协调能力及团队合作精神，有较好的逻辑思维能力。
6. 诚信正直、慎重守密、良好的职业操守。
