Your Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the team to understand existing processes and identify areas that can be optimized through digitalization. This involves conducting thorough analysis and gathering relevant data to determine the scope of improvements.
  • Research and evaluate various digital tools, technologies, and platforms that can be used to optimize specific processes. This includes reviewing vendors, their capabilities, and ensuring their compatibility with existing systems.
  • Collaborate with different stakeholders, including department heads, IT teams, and employees, to understand their requirements and challenges. By collecting their feedback and insights, you can identify their pain points and work towards finding suitable digital solutions.
  • Based on the identified areas for improvement and the selected digital solutions, you will develop detailed implementation plans. This includes defining project timelines, resource allocation, and communication strategies to ensure smooth execution.
  • You will provide training and support to employees during the implementation phase. This involves conducting workshops, creating user manuals, and addressing any queries or concerns they may have Definition of counter measures in case of deviations.

Your Qualifications

  • Student is studying IT filed, Data analysis, computer science.
  • Need to possess a basic understanding of digital technologies, tools, and platforms relevant to their roles. This includes proficiency in using computers, the internet, and software applications.
  • Good at Microsoft Excel into VBA code, additional technical skills, such as coding (Python)
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn.
  • Problem-solving skills.


Our Offering

  • Working Time: Monday - Friday (8:00 am -4:30 pm) onsite and Flexible work arrangements, including remote work.
  • Location: 4th Floor, 33 Lê Duẩn, Deutsches Haus Building, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, HCM City
  • Monthly Allowance: 5.000.000 VND/ month.
  • Lunch Allowance: 70.000VND/ working day.
