Provide overall financial analysis & direction on cost/expenses, budget, revenue generation analysis, and possibly cash flows.
Suggest and implement process improvement opportunities within the sales department
Provide consultation to the Head of Sales with regards to processes and systems to improve operational efficiencies and thereby reducing unnecessary cost burdens.
Test the financial viability of product and review alterations impacting product profitability
Develop/test financial models that test structural profitability
Offer financial consulting and coaching (e.g., interpreting financial results and measures in the context of business operations)
Present forward looking financial insight on the market conditions, competitors, and alternative business scenarios
