Finance Trainee

Adheres to and models ethical and professional obligations defined in legislation, standards, and organization policies.
Assist in managing various activities involving cross functional teams within the organization.
Assist in preparation of financial reports including monthly accounts and profitability analysis for meaningful financial insights.
Assist in budgeting and MIS preparation.
Prepare detailed cost reports, variance analyses, and forecasts for management review.
Analyze standard cost data and inventory valuations in ERP.
To perform monthly stock counts and prepare reconciliations of finished goods, vendor etc.
Assist in preparation of BOD and GEC working papers including presentation for reporting to higher management.
Assist in maintaining General Ledger in relation to vendor invoicing of supplies.
Preparation of landed cost sheets and analyze overall import cost.
To prepare vendor payment for expenses, petty cash, fixed assets.
Assist in the recovery of receivable balances and preparation of reconciliation related to Group companies.
Conduct all kinds of tax assessments, monitoring and Filing of Income tax and monthly Sales tax return.
Assist in compliance of periodic reporting requirement as per Companies Ord., and SECP directives etc.
Assist in maintaining healthy relationship with all banks and ensure cash flows management on daily basis by monitoring fund position.
To prepare reconciliation of all banks.
