About the job
In this role, you will perform independent valuations for businesses, intellectual property, financial instruments, and more, serving purposes like mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, and restructuring. You will also contribute to market research, financial modeling, and best practice development. Additionally, you'll assist in pitching for new projects and building client relationships, while guiding the team to produce high-quality valuation reports. Your responsibilities will include planning, supervising, training, and mentoring team members, fostering knowledge sharing within the team.
skills and experience required
You should possess an accounting or finance degree and possess at least 5 years of working experience in Finance. Prior experience in the M&A (Valuations) team in a professional service firm like the big 4 or other mid-tier firms will be advantageous. You are a self starter, have good communication skills and are able to lead and nurture a team.
