Finance and Support Analyst

Provide administrative, analytical and financial support to the stakeholders involved in the projects.

Our client is currently looking for a Finance and Support Analyst.

Principais responsabilidades

Accounting:

* Drive an efficient accounts payables process from invoices receipt to payments:

o track expenses by project, by nature o provide a clear visibility of status (received, validated, paid)

o prepare and organize payments

o verify payments

Administration:

* Provide the following stakeholders with requested projects documents:

o Banks: provide documentation for the financing process and ad hoc requests

o Lawyers: coordinate the formalization and update of required legal documents

o Shareholders: provide documentations and information

Business controlling:

* Support the monthly updates of treasury plans for each project to allow for cash flow monitoring

* Track the equity investments movements and check their consistency with projects planning (cash calls and reimbursements)

* Support on the update of internal files/business plans & shareholder reporting

Perfil desejado

Education and Experience:

* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance,

* Minimum 3/5 years of experience

Skills:

*Autonomous and proactive, driven to take initiative and to improve processes

* Organized, calm and focused, able to multi-task and manage priorities

* Quick learner of new concepts and processes

* Good team player, able to share & help out when needed

* Ability to both see the big picture and drill down to details

* Good verbal and written communications skills

* Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

* Languages: Portuguese and English
