Description
- Inputting invoices into various accounting packages, including Xero, Sage
- Approving purchase ledger entries
- Handle payment processing via BACS or cheque
- Perform bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare and contribute to the completion of VAT returns
- Collaborate effectively with clients by uploading information onto their intranet sites
- Assist with audit tasks, filing, archiving, data input, and any other ad hoc responsibilities
Profile
Recent relevant experience in an accounts team in either practice or industry - circa 6 months to 1 years experience (essential)
AAT studier (desirable not essential)
