Audit and Accounts Semi Senior

You will be in a split position across the audit and business services department. You will be involved with all audit work from start to finish as well as preparing financial statements ready for audit. When not on site with clients, you will be supporting the business services team with the provision of accounting services to a mixed client base.

Client Details

This firm of chartered accountants has recently opened another office in the region, and are therefore looking to consolidate their client service through the addition of a new hire into their team. This new office came because of prolonged growth out the back of the pandemic and have an aggressive strategy in place to continue this in the coming 5 years.

Description

• Preparation of a file for review by management
• Supervise more junior members on audits
• Producing statutory accounts for limited companies and completing corporation tax returns

Profile

You will have 5+ years of practice experience and will be studying towards either the ACA or ACCA qualification. Prior experience in audit is desirable but this can be trained. You must also be a good communicator and be able to work accurately and professionally under pressure.
