Salary: £35,000 DOE

Established in 2015 and building on more than 60 years of engineering excellence, 2Excel Engineering is a Maintenance and Repair Organisation (MRO) based in Hampshire, delivering service-orientated narrow body Boeing and Airbus maintenance to Operators and Owners, Leasing Companies and Governments.

We are now looking to appoint a Compliance Auditor/Safety Investigator; the role is predominantly performing Compliance Audits and Safety Investigations to support 2Excel Engineering Management System

The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate that they have the following capabilities:
  • Compliance Auditing and Safety Investigation as set out by company and regulator requirements
  • Reviewing safety and compliance actions implementation and effectiveness.
The following skills, knowledge and experience are essential for this role:
  • Compliance Auditing - Preferably in a Part 145 environment, experience in other aviation auditing is advantageous.
  • Computer literate and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Management Systems sofware
The following skills, knowledge and experience are desirable for this role:
  • Experience of Part 145 Maintenance processes.
  • Meticulous and organised
  • Communication/Writing skills
  • Time management skills
  • Interpersonal relationship skills
  • Safety Investigation - investigating maintenance errors or other aviation areas.
