Corporate Tax Director - Tax Advisory

My client are a leading, growing firm of Chartered Accountants, with offices based across West Sussex. This is a new role which has been created to lead, facilitate and grow the practice's advisory function and there is scope for the successful candidate to carve out a role for themselves, with a clear route of progression towards partnership.

Based in the firms offices in West Sussex, you will be joining a reputable, leading and highly successful chartered accountancy practice. The firm is undergoing sustained growth with the partner and director team looking to hire the right career focused tax professional who is looking for an opportunity with progression on offer and chance to carve an influential role in this firms future growth and development. The firm has embraced flexible long term working approaches with mix of remote to office working on offer with flexible hours and hybrid working.

Description

Joining as Corporate Tax Director based from their West Sussex offices you will take on a key position here, leading and developing the firms corporate tax service line, managing the wider tax team alongside the delivery of wide ranging complex corporate tax advisory project work to the firms clients delivering a wide range of corporate tax solutions with just some examples including property transactions, capital allowance claims, R&D tax credits and cross border transactions, structuring acquisitions and disposals, group reorganisations, due diligence and other project work. Reporting into the CFO, you will look to work with other Directors and Partners on the further growth of their tax department, carving a key role within the firm with a clear path to career progression on offer.

Profile

You will be any of ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified and you will have developed your career to the Corporate Tax Senior Manager / Corporate Tax Director levels with a corporate tax focused career background having been developed within either a mix of in house / accountancy practice firm background, or within a practice focused career throughout. You will be looking for a career move with excellent career development and progression potential, within a leading and growing, chartered accountancy practice where you can carve a long term career move and progress.

Job Offer
