A leading local firm, undergoing an exciting period of growth and investment, are looking to hire a Corporate Tax Manager/Senior Manager into their Farnham office.

This is a diverse role, offering a wide range of compliance, advisory, management and some business development duties, with further progression opportunities within the firm, due to growth.

Description

Joining as Corporate Tax Manager / Senior Manager based from their Farnham offices there is scope to mould the level of the role and responsibilities around the background and experience of the right professional. You will manage the delivery of corporate tax compliance along with increasing involvement on wide ranging corporate tax advisory project work. Examples include international tax and cross border reorganisations, advising on a wide range of clients on all aspects of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, demergers, and corporate reconstructions. Alongside this there could be involvement in R and D project work, international tax advice and other one off project work delivering a wide range of corporate tax solutions. The role will be moulded to a degree to suit and work around the strengths and preferences of the right professional, whilst also offering the chance to develop your advisory and technical skill set further with a clear route to progress on offer.

Profile

For this Corporate Tax Manager / Senior Manager role you will be any of ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified or holding similar qualifications, with a career background within corporate tax compliance and planning. Your experience will have most likely have been developed within any of Top 4, Top 10 or Top 50 firm environment, or independent accounting firm of any size. You will have developed to around the Corporate Tax Manager levels and you will be looking for a role and environment where you can develop and progress with a clear route on offer to achieve your career goals within a leading accountancy practice.

Job Offer

Salary circa £55,000 - £75,000 depending on experience and qualification status.
