Junior Invoicing Specialist

Your responsibilities would include:

• inputting the volumes into salesforce system and calculating the rebates for the customers
• looking after proper document flow
• cooperating and discussing any confusions with our partner
• regularly updating the Team Leader about developments and progress of relevant operational issues
• creating of sundry invoices
• posting bonuses for customers
• being responsible for Cancellations of Billing transaction;
• printing and sending documents out to the EDI platform or directly to the customers
• being responsible for all activities related with the month end closing

You're a good Candidate if:

• have communicative English
• you want to broaden Your knowledge in Finance field
• you have some experience in international companies
• you are accurate and detail oriented
• experience in knowledge transfer of processes
• experience in procedure preparation
• basic knowledge of Excel
