An accounts/admin assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the administrative and financial functions within an organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day financial operations, including invoice processing, expense tracking, and reconciliations
  • To support and assist the Accounts Receivable and Credit Control functions
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
  • Assist with office organisation and inventory management
  • Handle incoming calls and inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure efficient work-flow


The Successful Candidate Requires:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or accounts assistant role is preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude
  • Customer facing skills
