FP&A Manager (Retail)

The FP&A Manager will cover Budgeting, forecasting, and expense management for each business unit.

Description

• Contribute to annual business plan development, set budget guidelines, and assess operational risks and opportunities.
• Streamline the budgeting and forecasting process, consolidating data into a master budget plan and monitoring monthly variances.
• Generate comprehensive SBU management reports, analyzing profit gaps across various dimensions and providing recommendations.
• Oversee key commercial expenses like rebates and pricing policies.
• Control departmental operating expenses within the company budget, leading efforts to enhance expense efficiency.

Profile

• 6-10 years of professional experience, with 5-8 years in Finance & Accounting, including 3-5 years in FP&A leadership.
• Preferably, 2-4 years of experience with a reputable international accounting firm, especially from the big 4.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in manufacturing or international trading, specifically in the domestic home appliance industry.
• Fluent in English, with Mandarin language skills prioritized.
• Proficiency in SAP ERP system logic.
