We OfferYour field of responsibilityThe Valuations Risk and Control group (VRC), a centralized analytical group within Product Control, addresses valuation issues across the Firm. VRC is accountable for reviewing Firm's trading inventories and associated valuation models, performing alternative valuation procedures for illiquid inventories. VRC is also responsible for valuation governance policies and valuation reporting.The main responsibilities of this role are as below.Monthly calibration of pricing parameters to be used in IPV. Developing and maintaining Pruval and valuation uncertainty methodologies. New product reviews Conducting and/or analyzing IPV results for exotic/high touch portfolios. Your future colleaguesProduct Controllers are the Financial Guardians of the Bank's sales and trading activities. VRC Equities team plays an integral role in the Independent Price Verification ("IPV") and benchmarking process covering firm’s Equities inventory. N/A - pending TWWW agreementYou OfferYour skills and experience Proven work experience of 8+ years of financial service, banking or accounting experience Detailed understanding of the effects of risk and key drivers for valuation and Profit & Loss Detailed knowledge of equity derivative products and their valuation approaches would be beneficial Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel and manipulation and presentation of financial data Experience with programing language such as Python, VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) in Excel and Access database, and SQL is a plus.
