Director of Treasury

As the leader of our treasury function, you will be at the forefront of managing cash flows, optimizing investments, and mitigating financial risks. With your expertise and strategic mindset, you will ensure that our financial resources are effectively utilized to drive our growth, stability, and profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Leads enterprise-wide operational working capital and settlement requirements
• Oversees enterprise-wide cash flow forecasts and work in partnership with FP&A to ensure alignment with free cash flow results and forecasts
• Presents free cash flow findings to senior leadership and identifies activity trends
• Develop and implement strategies for overseeing the securitization process, ensuring effective risk management and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Evaluate and execute medium-term loan agreements with financial institutions, ensuring appropriate terms and conditions to meet the company's funding requirementsIdentify and analyze financial risks associated with interest rates, currency fluctuations, and other market factors
• Establish and maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and credit rating agencies to stay updated on market trends and risks
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and legal advisors, to ensure all treasury activities are conducted in accordance with applicable regulations
• Manage and oversee the issuance and investment of SUKUK (Islamic financial instruments) to optimize the company's treasury activities and ensure compliance

Requirements

• 12+ years of relevant experience in treasury /finance space, ideally with experience at a consumer finance /fintech organization
• Strong expertise in enterprise-wide cash flow management and forecasting, with experience in presenting to senior leadership
• Expertise in developing and implementing strategies for securitization and risk management, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• In-depth knowledge of financial risk analysis, including interest rates, currency fluctuations, and market factors
• Extensive experience in establishing and maintaining relationships with banks, financial institutions, and credit rating agencies
• Excellent collaboration skills, working effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and legal advisors, to ensure regulatory compliance
• CFA or CTP certification is a plus
