This is an exciting opportunity for two immediately available Finance Administrator's to to join the Accounts Receivable team in an established business based in Abingdon for a temporary period of an initial 3 months with possible extension after this time period.

Client Details

The client is renowned in their field and are experiencing a rapid period of growth. They have on-site parking and offer hybrid working after an initial training period (2 days from home, 3 in the office).


The Finance Administrator will:

  • Raise and process credit notes on the in-house system
  • Upload invoices to the to the in-house portal
  • Follow up on any outstanding debt
  • Any ad-hoc Finance Administration support for the Accounts Receivables team


The Finance Administrator will:

  • A background in Accounts Receivable would be desirable
  • Administration experience
  • Experiencing working in a busy Finance or Admin team
  • Comfortable with chasing debt over phone/email
  • Computer literate
  • Be immediately available
