Working as part of the global compensation and benefits team, a Global Share Plan Advisor will be supporting the Long term incentive manager.

Description

Key responsibilities for the role of Global Share Plan Advisor are as follows,

  • General administration of annual LTI grants.
  • Ensuring sufficient shares are purchased to support the LTI programme.
  • Management and maintenance of complex personal and award data.
  • Supporting systems that are group wide and structural changes that affect your team.
  • Working with external members of the LTI team and other clients.
  • Management of recharges to local business units.

Profile

The successful candidate will ideally have the following qualities;

  • Ideally have an experience in HR and Finance.
  • Advanced knowledge of excel.
  • Finds using large sets of data comfortable.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
