Under direct supervision, responsible for facilitating electronic movements of funds, wires transfers and cheque issues along with trade postings on behalf of the client within defined procedures. Responsibilities may also include sanction screening processes and audit of global accounts vs. standard instructions across locations.

- Facilitating electronic movements of fund and/or trade postings within defined procedures
- Works on audits pertaining to Global accounts to identify any discrepancies in the account positions¿ vis-à-vis the standing instructions from the Investment Manager
- Responsible for identifying and resolving problems within established guidelines
- Expected to use some initiative but refer more complex problems to supervisors/experts
- Works effectively as a team member but also independently
- Knowledgeable of the core aspects of the job
- Working towards becoming proficient in all areas of the job
- Running and creating formal reports
Qualifications
- A College or University degree and/or some relevant work experience is preferred.
- Related Industry qualification / or studying towards, is preferred.
- Good oral and written communication skills are required.
- Understanding of banking procedures and foreign exchange processing experience is preferred.
- Analytical and problem solving skills are required.
- Attention to detail is required
