Analyst / Associate

Paulton & Company ("Paulton") is a boutique investment bank that advises best-in-class Philippine companies on critical strategic initiatives, particularly on capital raising and M&A transactions.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Analysts who are expected to:

• Perform accounting, financial, and strategic due diligence on companies
• Develop presentations, information memorandums, and other relevant deal materials
• Build financial models and perform various valuation analyses

Associates who are expected to:

• Work with analysts to ensure quality presentations, information memorandums, and other relevant deal materials
• Review and finalize financial models and valuation analyses
• Meet with, engage, and present to senior executives - Market, engage, and perform detailed analyses for institutional investors

REQUIREMENTS:

For Analysts:

• At least one (1) year work experience with a Big 4 audit firm, corporate bank, investment bank, management consulting firm, or VC-backed start-up
• Highly proficient in Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
• Strong grasp of accounting, and finance concepts
• Finance and accounting graduates preferred

For Associates:

• At least three (3) years work experience with a Big 4 audit firm, corporate bank, investment bank, management consulting firm, or VC-backed start-up
• Highly proficient in Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
• Strong grasp of accounting and finance concepts
• Finance and accounting graduates preferred
