Business and accounts manager

 As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Day-to-day operations management Handling client quarries
• Manage accurate records of internal operations
• Maintain client books and manage data entry in accounting software
• Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain service value
• Manage the deliverable deadlines Manage team schedules and calls with clients
• Independently run day-to-day operations

Ideal candidate should have following qualification and experience:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration / Accounting / Marketing
• ACCA qualified or in the process of obtaining qualification
• At least 5 years of working experience preferably in an accounting firm / managing team
• Excellent written and communication skills in English
• Excellent active English listening skills Ability to collect, track, process and analyze large amount of data
• Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company
• Extensive knowledge of accounting and ecommerce
• Experience with accounting software such as Quickbooks, Xero, MYOB, etc.
• Agile and self-reliant personality
