About the Role:

The Operations Finance Graduate will enable the maintenance and delivery of all scalable site activities on a day-to-day basis to ensure alignment, accuracy, and standardization of site report to aid in driving informed decision-making.

The position will be based in Hammarsdale, KZN.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, and analyze weekly stats for SAP sitesProvide financial support with regards to stock managementCompile and analyze monthly operations performance against key business metricsCoordinate with plant finance to ensure monthly key performance indicators are calculated and presented in consistent and accurate mannerSupport local operations team with ongoing projectsMaintain consistency and observe data protection and associated guidelines where appropriatePerform other ad-hoc duties that might be assigned from time to timeQualifications, Experience and Skills:

Degree or professional certificate in Accountancy / Finance with 1-2 years’ work experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment - Fresh Graduates are also encouraged to applyStudying towards CIMA qualification will be advantageousProficiency with Microsoft Excel is required; familiarity with data query/data management tools will be extremely helpful (Microsoft Word, Power Point, Access, SQL, Business Objects)Knowledge of ERP, ideally SAP and SAP BW reporting, and related data analysis tools are an added advantageExcellent communication skills, high attention to detail and the ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet tight deadlinesCompetencies Required:
