Job Responsibilities of an Assistant Account Manager
Qualification – ACCA qualified with a minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience
1.End to End Responsibility of Client Deliverables [Except Calling]
2.Email Management – day to day queries should be resolved by Asst Managers. This also includes client follow-ups.
3.Liaising with “Support Team” in getting things done.
4.Monitoring / Tracking deadlines.
5.Ensuring submissions are done after Approved by A/c’s Managers
6.HMRC / Companies House Correspondence
7.Setting up DD for client billings (Xero / Smart Debit)
8.Client On Boarding – After initial call by A/c’s Manager, completing all the remaining procedures / set-ups.
9.Updating themselves with new legislation
10.Helping in updating training material
11.Validating any data received from the client.
