AUDIT MANAGER APPLY NOW About the Firm   This Top 20 Dublin-based accounting firm are seeking an Audit Manager to take ownership of a well-established client base, with the ability to learn from Partners that have over 20 years' experience and a strong local network.       About the Role Working as part of a team, this role will undertake a full range of audit tasks including planning, testing, reviewing and reporting. You will be given the opportunity to progress quickly and work on larger and complex jobs. Some of your duties will include: Managing to completion the audit process for a variety of clients with appropriate consideration of audit risk issues Preparing the annual accounts and Financial Statements for limited companies Business process improvement recommendations Managing and reviewing the work of more junior staff Liaising with the Audit Partner where appropriate Meeting budget and time targets Incentives Work in reputable Top 20 accounting practice Get exposure to larger turnover clients Regular internal training programmes Work/life balance About you In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have: ACA / ACCA Qualification At least 3 years PQE Ideally from a large practice environment Solid audit background Hard working individual with strong time management skills Strong problem solving skills and a high attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in managing junior staff
