You are a good match if you

bachelors or Master’s degree in Finance or
Accounting; Accounting Qualification recommended8-10 years of experience in accounting and/or
financial analysis & at least5 years in managing peopleexperience in multi-national environment and

Your daily tasks may include:
implementing the functional strategic plan
by setting operational strategy and team's objectivesensuring business partnership with stakeholders
in a collaborative way and within agreed governance model to improve stakeholders'
experienceassessing and mitigating operational risk and
acting as an escalation point to drive issue resolutiondriving E2E improvements agenda including reducing
E2E cycle time and reduction of cost of financebuilding internal control mindset and embedding
internal controls into processes so controls are designed and executed effectively
and any deficiency is mitigatedresponsible for team/function's budget planning
and proactively controlling actual costs vs. budget including rightsizing of
the team compared with business requirementresponsible for financial reporting to be done
in line with HEINEKEN's Global Finance Policies & Procedures and local
legislationensuring HEINEKEN's Balance Sheet data are
fully in line with IFRS for all OpCos in scopeworking with the Group Reporting team to implement
standardisation and best practice policies, approaches, and training across
all Financial Reporting activities in scopecoordinating external audit for Group and local
purposes for all OpCos in scopebuilding CPI mind-set by challenging the status
quo to look for most efficient ways of workingdriving own personal development in leadership,
finance specific skills and business knowledge by implementing his / her development
planbuilding and maintaining HEINEKEN and external
networks to stimulate collaborationfacilitating and driving end-to-end process
management & improvementrecruiting talents for leadership roles and
securing their effective onboardingreviewing performance regularly; providing
ongoing feedback to teams and individuals addressing under performs and recognizing
best people and teamsplanning succession, developing best people
in the pipeline, providing coaching and mentoringand any other task assigned by TL within the
scope of functional responsibilities.
