Executive / Senior Executive - Accounting and Reporting Services

Responsibilities:

• Prepare full set of clients accounting with different size and frequency engagement
• Prepare standard schedules and tailor-made corporate reporting according to clients' request
• Draft annual statutory financials statements (full GAAP) and prepare working and scheduling
• Liaise with auditors and handling client's audit queries
• Handle client's payment processing and payroll and MPF administration
• Secondment and work at client's offices to carry out accounting services engagement
• Drafting tax calculations or provisions for clients
• Review simple accounting deliverables from preparer
• Maintain good relationship with clients and provide quality services
• Assist Manager to implement process improvements and related procedures

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting and related discipline
• A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience gained from sizable CPA firm or multinational company
• Sound knowledge of HKFRS
• Meticulous, well-organized and conscientious with a high level of initiatives at work
• Self-motivated, hardworking, a strong sense of responsibility with positive working attitude
• Excellent skills in use of Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
