Job Description & Summary

Working within a high-performing team and collaborating closely with other parts of PwC, you will be responsible for adding value to your client portfolio through the delivery of People and organization projects in the fields of HR Transformation, Change Management, Leadership, Culture, Organisation Design, Workforce Transformation, and People Analytics.

About the Role

  • You will work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution
  • You will support the team in building and leveraging relationships with clients, support sales process in developing proposals, market propositions etc
  • You will support business development, thought leadership and research & development activities as appropriate
  • You will contribute to overall development and growth of the People & Organisation practice

Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline and/or professional accounting qualification such as the ICAEW / ACCA / MICPA-CAANZ /CPA Australia
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Possess good leadership skills and demonstrate resilience
  • Able to demonstrate ability to interact with people of different backgrounds and build meaningful relationships
  • Able to demonstrate analytical thinking and business acumen
