Reliance Techno Commercial Cadre: • This is a first of its kind, a unique cadre program for young ACCAs, who look forward to building a career in both Digital & Commercial verticals of the organisation. • This program focuses on development of Techno Commercial skills with an effort to build a pipeline of future leaders in Finance, Digital & Business verticals. • The program is designed as a 2- year learning journey wherein incumbents will be part of the Internal Audit & IT functions for one year each, to provide a diversified exposure across both Business & Digital verticals of the organization. Business Exposure: o Will provide access to businesses, manufacturing, and functions within the Reliance group. o Exposure to internal processes & systems of RIL. o Hands – on experience in handling live business scenarios. Digital Exposure: o Commitment to adopting the latest technology to stay ahead of the curve. o Exposure to live projects involving core platforms & applications used in day-to-day operations. o Focus on technology across business process cycles. o Focus on developing analytical capabilities through technology and applications. • Post the 2- year learning journey, the program will offer focused transition plans to different roles with a view to provide diversified experience to equip participants to take up key roles in future in verticals like Internal Audit, Digital, or any Business specific roles.
