Accountant/Accounts prepare role

Our team and client base are growing! We are looking for a hands-on, dynamic and forward-thinking Accounts preparer to work across our expanding portfolio of UK clients. This position involves working in multiple portfolio of client accounts and collaborating with a team of professionals to deliver high-quality accounting services. You are likely to be currently working in a similar role and be ACCA Member/CIMA/ACA or CA Inter or equivalent.

Role and responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management Accounts preparation and Financial Reporting using FRS 105, FRS 102, FRS 102 1(A) Individual and Corporation tax return preparation Collaborate with audit teams and external auditors as needed. Team collaboration, work closely with colleagues, including junior accountants and partners, to meet client needs. Identifying process improvements and implementing recommendations agreed with the clients. Identifying and communicating ongoing client requirements Identifying opportunities for expanding services within existing client accounts

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience working as Account manager role or equivalent. Must have a strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting. ACCA Member/CIMA/ACA or CA or equivalent. Experience with Accounting software like Xero, Iris, Digita, CCH etc Track record of demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to tasks Strong time management with the ability to schedule and arrange work to accomplish goals. Ability to manage multiple clients.
