Accounts Receivable Team Coordinator (Health Care Sector)

The Team Lead will be responsible to oversee a small team of account officers and will be the gate keeper to ensure quality and service delivery KPIs.

Description of the Role:

• Ensure smooth running of the day-to-day operations
• Ensure that the team operates according to the accounting procedures of the client
• Ensure the execution of the quality control framework
• Ensure that the team delivers the services according to SLAs and KPIs
• Being the main interface between both internal and external stakeholders
   

Description of the Tasks:

Managing day to day operations

• Execution of the control and monitoring framework
• Follow up on backlogs
• Identification of production alerts and escalation through the proper channels
• Define and execute relative action plans.

Governance

• Conduct daily team meetings to organize the work and review performance
• Conduct Week review of KPI and Quality with the team
• Managing the communication with both internal and external stakeholders
• Handling of queries and ensure client satisfaction

General tasks

• Execute month end tasks in the accounting system
• Execute the control plan in terms of process and Accounts checks
• Execute Transaction processing quality checks
• Ensure that operational tracking tools are being used by team members as per procedure
• Daily follow up and actions on suspense accounts
• Reporting of accounting officers’ performance and service delivery KPIs
• Ensure proper invoice dispatch to clients
• Provide support and coaching to account officers.
• Any other duties as required
