Based in Liverpool, this service provider are looking for a Management Accountant to report into the Finance Manager.

Client Details

This organisation have recently merged with several other entities and are now part of a thriving group.

Description

Working with the Finance Manager, the post holder of Management Accountant will be the lead Finance member.

The Management Accountant will be required to conduct the following duties:

  • I&E,
  • Balance Sheet & Cash flow,
  • Capital accounting,
  • Forecasting,
  • Liaising with budget holders etc
  • VAT
  • Dealing with Tax, and payroll issues
  • Identifying and resolving reconciliation issues - technical knowledge, data manipulation, process improvements
  • Staff supervision

Profile

It is essential applicants for Management Accountant have the following:

  • Experience in working within Finance, particularly within Management Accounts and budgetary control
  • Manage a team
  • Deliver budgeting and forecasting programmes
  • Working in partnership with non finance individuals
