We’re looking for the next National Audit Quality Senior Manager to join our national team!

Your Career in National Audit Quality

The National Audit & Assurance Quality team is responsible for ensuring the audit service line is provided with the relevant resources to achieve quality outcomes on all engagements undertaken by the service line.  The team consists of six pillars that support achieving quality outcomes on engagements as part of the overall system of quality management:

  • Audit methodology
  • Assurance
  • Engagement performance
  • Innovation and technologies
  • Learning and development
  • Monitoring and remediation.

There are three core aspects to the role, undertaken in collaboration with other members of the NAQ team, with the objective to influence, lead and participate in programs of work to improve audit quality:

  • Audit and Assurance engagement team support
  • Learning and development activities
  • Outreach and liaison activities.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in a large professional services firm
  • CA/CPA qualified or equivalent
  • Sufficient knowledge of technical standards including ASAs, AASBs and APESB Code of Ethics
  • Proven technical labilities & demonstrated experience in successfully managing, motivating & developing teams
