ECONOMICS & PLANNING COORDINATOR The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment to meet critical deadlines and handles the work portfolio relating to commercial operations in petroleum acquisition, refinery economics and trading. Qualifications & Experience BSc. in Economics or Engineering from a recognized tertiary institution. Minimum of three (3) years' experience in a similar capacity. Knowledge and/or experience in Government of Jamaica Procurement guidelines. Experience working in an accounting/auditing field would be an asset. Duties & Responsibilities Coordinate logistics related to Refinery Supply and Opportunity Trading Monitor the supply of the Refinery's optimal daily crude blend. Generate monthly importation nominations. Update accounting system with oil movement data. Coordinate cargo load and discharge operations. Foster strong relationships with third party industry counterparts to enhance trading and scheduling opportunities. Skills & Competencies Customer Service oriented with attention to details. Creative, innovative, and a team player Strong negotiation and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as a part of a team. Proven proficiency with Micro Soft Application suite.
