Consultant/Sr. consultant- Management Consulting

Job purpose:  

We are a growing team looking for dynamic, flexible, proactive, and hardworking experienced consultants who have a passion for executing strategy and business transformation projects. We have a strong pipeline with our clients which will provide great opportunities for all our people to step up and play significant and rewarding roles. We are currently looking at multiple Consultant/Senior Consultant positions. 

The Management Consulting team provides a full range of services to our clients, including: 

Strategy - Corporate strategy, business plan/feasibility studies 

Business Transformation – Target operating model, business process transformation to include policy and process design and cost optimization 

Responsibilities will vary across projects and will include (but not limited to): 

Business strategy to include business plans and feasibility studies Identify and recommend process optimization measures to enhance efficiency and efficacy of key operational and back-office processes viz. finance, HR, IT, procurement & supply chain with a focus on TAT, error, and cost reductionand FTE optimization. 

Design and development of target operating model for the business  

Develop, manage and co-ordinate the performance excellence/ performance improvement vision and deployment planning across planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. 

To be considered for the role candidate must: 

Have completed a professional qualification (CA, CPA, MBA, ACCA or equivalent)  

Have 3- 7 years of management consulting mindset and experience in a similar role in one or multiple of the above-mentioned services (Big 4 or similar company preferred) 

Have experience of working for projects related to strategy and/ or business transformation 

Have relationship and business development skills (desirable) 

Should have a consulting mindset and experience

Work with colleagues on client work, internal initiatives, and proposals 

Be self-motivated and proactive in approach with an eye for detail 

Be able to communicate with senior management and project stakeholders 

Strong presentation, business writing and project management skills 

Be comfortable working with databases and all applications of Microsoft suite
