Our client is a newly created organisation within the property sector. Care for their customers has encouraged my client to separate from a wider group to become a stand-alone business and this will result in positive change and transformation which includes the creation of a Risk function.

Description

Key responsibilities, as Risk Manager include:-

• Developing the Risk Management framework
• Implement the Risk strategy across the business with a clear strategy and objectives
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to identify emerging risks
• Act as the key point of contact for Risk Management issues
• Effectively manage Insurance arrangements

Profile

The successful candidate, As Risk Manager, will:-

• Currently work in a Risk Management role in a highly regulated environment
• Have the ability to analyse risks and implement appropriate controls
• Have knowledge of the key risks facing the housing sector
• Have the confidence to promote a culture of risk awareness across the business
• Be able to build relationships with senior stakeholders
