Tax Director (Partner Designate)

This is a well known and highly respected second tier firm of Chartered Accountants based in Dublin city centre.  The firm has over 20 staff in their tax team. The firm is actively seeking a Tax Director who will join their tax team as a dedicated International Tax Director to assist them in the development of their offering to international companies looking to Ireland as a place to establish their business. This role is earmarked for Partnership within 2 years. Although technically competent and having a minimum of 8 years experience in a large firm , the ideal candidate is one that enjoys the relationship development side of their role.  You will be required to build key relationships with internationaly connected member firms to generate a strong pipeline of FDI led opportunities for the firm. This role will suit a tax professional who is currently working at a Senior Tax Manager or Tax Director level in a medium to large firm.  Alternatively, you may have moved into industry and would consider a move into practice again for the right opportunity. The firm is looking for an energetic, ambitious individual who has strong attributes to becoming a future leader in the firm. The firm has ambitious growth plans (100% growth in 5 years) and is intent on hiring strong talent over this period to assist in this growth.
