Working within the Company Secretarial team, you will be responsible principally for supporting the team. Duties and responsibilities: • Provide administration support within the team; • Administration of daily post Required skills and experience: • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); • Attention to detail, an organiser and planner - can prioritise work; • Able to work in a team; • Good with and interested in people -courteous, friendly, positive; • able to work under pressure, flexible, multi task and use own initiative while keeping manager up to date on progress; • High level of confidentiality; • Good telephone manner; • Ability to communicate professionally and articulately at all levels; and • Flexible and adaptable to learning/taking on new tasks and responsibilities.
