Financial Analyst

We are looking for an Analyst that can assist with writing feasibility studies, business plans, analytical & performance reports. Conducting relevant market research for multi industries and sectors is also needed.
Job Description
- Prepare financial analysis and feasibilities of prospective new projects, acquisitions, redevelopments and divestments.
- Develop and/ or implement leading practice processes for business planning, enterprise budgeting, enterprise performance monitoring and analysis, financial modelling, and post-investment review.
- Draw reliable and timely financial and non-financial data and information together from a range of sources and provide thorough analysis
- Examining and assessing economic and market trends, earnings prospects, financial statements and various other indicators and factors to determine suitable investment strategies
- Prepare evaluation report.
- Perform financial due-diligence and benchmarking.
- Design financial models for discounted cash flow and construction cost models.
- Formulate key performance indicator reporting mechanisms of “financial measures” to facilitate decision-making.
- Perform sensitivity analysis
- Coordinate budgeting activities for proposed development projects and investments.
- Analyse the funding requirements of developments and investments and prepare funding plan
- Prepare project and business plans for clients and investors.
- Review industry surveys and benchmarks, as well as economic and demographic trends.
