- Follow 'accounting control procedures' at Project sites.
- Prepare ‘Financial Performance Reports' for the Project.
- Review Project Contract and ensure all ‘financial clauses' are complied with.
- Report on Project budget execution variances.
- Analyze and compare monthly Project Progress Report with the Cost-to-Complete and recommend implementable measures to eliminate any variance.
- Follow Project receivables based on ‘Project Receivable Aging Report', identify causes of delay and suggest remedial actions by Project Managers/Receivable section.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of Retention Invoices after arranging applicable Bank Guarantees.
- Manage and control petty cash on the Project.
