About the Position Due to phenomenal growth and ambitious future plans, we are delighted to have the opportunity to invite additional members onto our accounting & finance teams in Dublin and Cork. Working closely with the partner group and experienced consultants of this highly reputable team, you will play a key role in the development of Barden over the coming years. Learning with Barden As a recruitment associate in Barden, you'll be involved in matters that's just leagues apart from the work you'll do anywhere else.  A sample of the work that you will be involved in includes; Support the identification and engagement of top talent for Ireland's greatest teams (screening applications, meeting people, advising people, helping people and a whole lot more) Get involved is everything from supporting start up projects to advising some of Ireland's most successful companies Provision of career advisory services within your specialist professional community Be an active participant in your specialist community with a view to becoming the "subject matter expert" in careers in your specialist field Participating in the development and growth of the Barden business and acting as an ambassador for the Barden team …..No two days will ever, ever be the same.
