Your journey with us
- Initiate – Drive operational excellence / best practices within T&L Finance / Controlling function;
- Optimalisation of the O2E (opportunity to Engagement) process within T&L;
- Responsible for Change Management and training of the Controlling team and the T&L practitioners;
- Support our Flexible Delivery Model within T&L (professional and enabling functions);
- Manage the off-shore resources within controlling;
- Define roll-out plan and maintain change management concerning different process improvement projects within controlling;
- Work closely together with the Finance Controller and Director of the controlling team.
Let’s talk about you
- You have experience with process design - implementation in the Finance / Controlling area;
- You preferably have a master degree in Finance or Economics or equivalent by experience;
- You have analytical skills;
- You are forward-thinking, committed to finding solutions to problems, constantly improving processes and proactively looking for new opportunities to strengthen business operations;
- You are well-organized with the ability to prioritize;
- You are able to carry out tasks autonomously and collaboratively;
- You have excellent written and interpersonal communication skills;
- You are fluent in English, knowledge of Dutch and French is an asset;
- You have a good knowledge of MS Office applications (especially Excel), experience in SAP S/4 is an asset.
