The Baker Hughes Banking Operations team is responsible for managing all transactional activities related to bank account management across the global footprint, performing various activities supporting the bank account operations

and management.

The Lead FP&A Operations Analyst will be key to supporting the Corporate Functions in ensuring Financial, Controllership and operational excellence. This role needs to work cross functionally, cross segments and within HQ to ensure accurate and robust reporting, forecasting and analysis. This role will also manage complex issues within the functional area of expertise, be involved in short and long-term planning and contribute
to execution of the overall strategy.

As a Lead Finance Specialist - Income Statement Base Cost analyst you will be responsible for:  

• Serve as a business partner to the Corporate Functions incl. Legal, EHS, ESG.
• Support and drive business initiatives, growth, profitability and

Accountability.

• Responsible for the analysis and reporting of the financial results including base cost and operating metrics.
• Provide financial leadership and support in coordination and preparation of the annual, monthly and quarterly operating rhythms which occur across BKR
• Advises Functional managers regarding projects, processes and procedures in the own field.
• Drive big data utilization and analyze opportunities to drive cost reduction and cash improvements

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. Minimum of 3 additional years of related experience in Finance
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to influence others.
• Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
• Effective problem identification and solution skills.
• Proven analytical and organizational ability.
