Description
Reporting to the Finance Manager, we are looking for 1 immediately available AP accountant as a key member of the Finance Team.
- You will work as a key member to verify employee reimbursement and supporting documents according to company policy in an accurate and timely manner.
- As a qualified AP accountant, you will ensure accurate accounting treatment and all invoices are booked in a timely manner in SAP system, especially during month end closing.
- Payment proposal initiation with valid invoices, contracts, PO etc., and to meet compliance requirements.
- Regional exposure: great opportunity to be involved in APAC project in coming years.
- You will be responsible as key window of AP team to partnering with internal stakeholders, adding value to the business.
Profile
The Successful Applicant
Working within an international environment, we are looking for an open-minded candidate with the right balance of hands-on capabilities and strategic commercial skills.
- Bachelor's degree of Accounting/Finance related major. More than 3 years related AP working experience.
- Good command of accounting knowledge, accounting certificate preferred.
- Good oral and written communication in English.
- Familiar with SAP /concur system preferred.
- Results oriented and able to work under high pressure.
